Go to the post office. They are very helpful So far I Have gotten everything.

I had the lady who temporarily lost my Provari personally call me what Id called the post office and complained it was sitting at the same post office for several days! When I talk to them I do not take an irate accusatory tone. Ive found them to be very diligent in helping me get my problem solved.

+1 for going to the post office, calling a local branch is simply an exercise in determining your maximum frustration level, never again...

Good luck, hope your vapemail shows up for 'ya :)

That sucks, but most everyone gets caught now and then.

First rule for happy vaping: Always have back-ups for your hardware.
Second rule for happy vaping: Always order stuff you need early so you will have it well before you need it.
Third rule for happy vaping: Beware the Chinese New Year. Many vaping hardware dealers run out of stock shortly afterwards.

I have plenty of backup hardware. I also have new hardware(my first VV mod) in this shipment. I had plenty of juice if the package had arrived on time instead of now 2 days and by the time I get it 5+ days late.

Never had an issue with receiving my orders before this. I tried a new company and their shipping sucks apparently. I should have known something was wrong when they didn't offer UPS or any other expedited shipping options. USPS was all they offered.

I've got a great PO. If Priority Mail tracks "out for delivery" it always arrives in my mailbox the same day. If the package doesn't fit the mailbox they put it on the front porch and ring the doorbell. If signature is required and I'm not home when delivered I pick up at the PO the next day. I've used this PO for many years and never had missing mail.

USPS Priority Mail rocks with a vendor that is on the ball. I ordered 250 ml (8 fl. oz.) of nicotine base from Florida early last Monday morning and had it my Energy Star California refrigerator on Thursday afternoon. Shipping cost: $5.65.

back-ups are part of the game,,plan ahead and keep plenty of juice around ..

btw,,your pack could be in your mailbox,,usps tracking system updates are crappy at best

I've checked my mailbox and my neighbors mailbox and around the porches of both places there's nothing here.

Aside from the drug store ecigs, you could buy some plain VG from Whole Foods, health food store, Michael's (can get flavoring there too) etc. for no nic vapor and chew nicorette gum for the nicotine.

Here's the link to report missing mail from USPS. USPS - Frequently Asked Questions Use Problem on the pull down. You don't have to wait 5 days and the local post office will call you to resolve it with in 2 business days. Probably won't do you much good through the weekend and MLK day.

Sorry about your vapemail blues, lots of posts today with similar problems. I know Kearny, NJ and other post office sorting facilities around NYC got flooded during Sandy and they are hand sorting because they lost machines. When something goes awry, it takes forever to get a package.

Thanks for the link. USPS.com actually say's my package is in Kearny, NJ. Well actually says it was processed at 8 this morning. But the delivery date is also dated today. It doesn't help that the tracking says it spent a night in Texas. Tracking shows pickup from vendor on 1/16 in Texas on 1/17 then nothing till NJ today 1/19.

All I can say is this will be the last time I use a vendor that does not offer UPS FedEx shipping.
