Shipping question

My order from VaporStation shows as completed in my order history. Does it change to shipped when it is shipped, or is there really no way to know??

It has said complete since July 3rd.

I actually have 2 orders that were placed different days, and they both say complete, but I have not heard anything about them being shipped, or when they are to arrive.

I need some juice... running out of my cheapy stuff, and doing samples to make a big order.

Sampler packs have a 1-3 day lead time.

If you placed an order on Saturday that wasn't a sampler pack, it will have shipped out today. The post office was closed on Monday for bank holiday.

The order status changes when it's shipped. Once it's shipped, it will not only be updated to "Shipped" status, but the tracking number will also be available.

We don't send confirmation emails anymore because they take over an hour to do as we have to do them manually. The new system wherein we post the tracking number directly in your Dashboard takes around 5 minutes. It gives us more time to pack orders which we feel is really more beneficial for everyone.

Your order did ship today, though. I've sent you an email with the tracking number.
