I received my tracking number two days ago and my juice is at the ups facility in Florida..but they are saying I won't get my order for another 8 days so I'm just curious if this is usual. How long has it taken to get your orders? Thanks

I do not think a tracking number always means that the product has been shipped.
Technically, a tracking number only means that the carrier has received an electronic notification of a potential future shipment.

It said it had departed ups facility in Orlando. I was just curious if others have had lengthy delivery times. I got a package from Nebraska that was ordered at the same time two days ago.

that said, which faciliity in Florida are we talkign about? Gainsville or Jacksonville?
My first order from the new Florida Warehouse took 2 days from time it left FL to my mailbox in California.

Don't trust the tracking info. I've had packages arrive and the tracker stated it was still in another state. Also, with a holiday on Monday and Halos big Labor Day sale, shipping out is a little slower than normal. (Thanks DaveOno!!!) anytime Halo has a sale or a holiday is involved, it maybe slower than normal.
You will get your delivery, then a couple of days after that, USPS's tracking info will report your package is halfway to Palestine (they don't update their maps very often).
By this time next month, long after you've been enjoying yer joos, USPS will report your package has finally been delivered to Eridani Epsilon.

UPS? Or did you mean USPS.
I've seen that UPS takes as long or longer for small packages than USPS.
This is all very normal. USPS doesn't report and send tracking at every point. They scan at the delivery. I'll bet you get it Saturday.

Yeah... The "moving to Florida" thread has a few complainers... Or maybe it's just me. I placed another order this morning about an hour ago. Stay tuned! We'll see what happens. I live fairly close to the Florida locations. Maybe Cinder had seen my posts and is messing with my orders now. 
Thanks Dave I will definitely drop by the thread and say hi! It is UPS - next time I will know to use post office. I got shamrock and cafe mocha and I am really excited and a little nervous as I have tried some horrible chocolate flavors before!
I usually go for the cheap USPS. I try not to run out of stuff, but I know how waiting on vapemail can be. For a few dollars more, Priority is quick when needed. Now I wait for a holiday, when there will be a sale, and get over $75 for the free Priority.

The best, in my opinion, is Belgian Cocoa. It is like a Tootsie Roll, or opening a tin of Cocoa. Solo or a bit into most any other flavor, Belgian is always close to me. My fave is a little into my beloved Malibu!

just throwing it out there.... but if you went the super cheap UPS option called "ups mail innovations", thats why its probably taking so long. Normal UPS should be fairly quick.
The Mail Innovations is where UPS starts as the shipping originator, but then they drop it off at the post office to be sent out with normal mail.
I am not all to familiar with UPS logistics (had some parts explained to me once at work by a exec) but it was my understanding on cases like that, they hold until they have enough packages to make the trip worthwhile. THey arent going to load up a big delivery van with only 1 little package to drive to a post office, be a waste of time and money and gas. So if they have to hold it a little longer for a few more packages to show up that also go to the same location to make a trip more efficient.

That would also be why the shipping was so cheap (on a $50 order, it was like $2.10 for this type of shipping) because you are paying by not receiving your package as early as you could. When I place my orders, i tend to do the small flat rate USPS (5.60) and it takes 3-4 days
My last order I placed at 10:30pm on thursday, comming from Gainsville, should be delivered on Monday.

I used UPS Mail Innovations. Ordered last Friday, got it in northern California Wednesday. It shipped from Florida. Considering there was a Sunday and a Holiday in there, that was pretty fast. Shocked the hell out of me. The tracking said it wouldn't arrive until today.
dis thread is skeerin me, I am sittin here lookin at the "expected" delivery date of my kit, resigned to my virginal status as the mail gods hate me and did not get it this weekend.....still smokin stinkies wonderin if my stinkin Halon member kit is lost in limbo ughhhhhhh this sux!
Slave... When you do recieve your kit. Charge up the batteries, load the tanks, and then set it down and dont use it. Wait till the next morning. Try to take a nice relaxing shower the night before, and get a good nights rest. The hardest hurdle in making the move for a lot of us, is those first cigs in the day. SOOO try to go to the Halo device first thing, resist the urge to grab a cig. This is why I say you should try to save the device for the morning, fully charged and ready to go. It will help this way to start to break the pattern. The pattern your body is used to, your mind is used to, and your hands are used to.
And try to resist those cigs as much as possible, but on those occasions when the stress gets too much, we all have been there, and we all broke down and had a cig or two a day for a few weeks when we first started. So if you do, you are forgiven. Just keep track of it, try to curb it, I found that keeping a little journel when i first started helped.

I checked your link. I get the same "No Package found." regardless of what number I try to track. Maybe the tracking number is wrong? Wow, it'd be nice if it was as simple as that.

No international shipment issue here. I'm having a local shipping issue. Placed an order Friday and still waiting for info.
Ya I've read that and also commented on my own mishaps with customs, not too worried about that, Health Canada is actually letting a lot through the border and keeping Stats to get a better understanding of the situation.
The tracking Link is now working after I sent Halo a email, looks like the shipper messed that one up, not Halo. Thanks Halo !!

My tenet, roommate and good friend is the mangier of a local B&M. They did carry Halo at one time, but with shipping and exchange it was still cheaper for me by $1 Canadian dollar per bottle to Order direct from Halo with ECF discount, plus the Halo Points
They are again looking at carrying some select flavours of Halo, but it's difficult to move them with the price of other North American made e-liquids being well under $20 Canadian dollars with sales Tax. They where buying Halo though Canvape, but my B&M broke all ties with CanVape, So again they are considering it, ..The shop's owner has the final say, trying my best to influence - Status
