Crazy... A friend placed an order Friday morning and still has no info on the item. I placed an order Sunday night and should be expecting my package tomorrow.
I placed my order late Thursday night before the sale ended and got free shipping on my order. It shipped Friday and I received my Halo vape mail on Monday!!

Shipping is definitely slower for me now. I'm in Vermont and usually I'd place an order and it would ship within 24 hours and I'd get it 2 days later like clockwork. I got my mother in law into vaping and her order was placed last week on thursday and the expected shipping arrival date is this friday over a week later. ( She lives next door so should be the same time frame as usual )
Again, this was placed during a sale and a holiday week. The busiest time for Halo. Not making excuses, but I'd guess the sales volume is 4 or 5 times normal during a big sale.
I'm still trying to figure out how I just received an order , this morning, that I placed Sunday. Yet, the one that was placed Friday morning, just now went through usps saying "shipping info received".
you cannot trust USPS, they are terribad at updating their shipping info. also, they told me in secret they dont like that haircut. i was all like "it's a good haircut" and they said "no we hate it"
I will gladly, for a small fee, fly to Gainesville, pick up your juice, hang out at the beach, drink some cocktails, drive to you, drop off your juice, go back to the beach....
Their CS is even more worthless than the tracking itself. They don't know anymore than that. I have two packages that left Tampa at 4:30 this morning. It's a 20 minute drive for me. One package is estimated to arrive tomorrow, the other Tuesday.
