shipping to canada

My friend in canada wanted to order but he could not find Canada in the international shipping country list. I looked and did not see it either. Are we stupid or something? How do you order to Canada?

Sorry to see your question has sat all day unanswered. I tried to look but would have to start an order to get to the shipping portion. There is a toll-free number at the top of the site, maybe call them tomorrow?

Shipping to Canada can be problematic. A lot of shipments get seized with no notification so the package seems to just disappear. Still, I'm not aware of any policy of ours not to take Canadian orders, but you should write to cs@bloogplanet.com to ask, or call the toll free number.

my suggestion for now would be to try and email before you order or give us a call and we can work out shipping to your liking...
