Analog Background: This is what has built my palate for what I love in vapors today.
Java Latte Cigars, CAO Box Press MX2 cigars, Gurkah cigars then off to Black Kretek cigars (Vanilla, regular, cherry and Bali-Hai), Parliament and Marlboro Menthol Lights.
Vapor Background: All Smokeless Image 12mg. Their liquids are 100%PG. Ice Menthol, RY4, Cowboy, Freedom were my favorites and LOVE them. Didnt care for the Desert Joe but vape'd it anyway. 555 didn't care for.
reviews: These are all 12mg 70/30 PG-VG blends from ECBlendFlavors.com I am sampling these in brand new fresh blank cartos from Smokeless Image on a 78mm Volt Manual Battery.
RY4 Double Extra Flavor:
I was really anxious for this one. However. Upon vaping it, it's nothing like Smokeless Image's (No RY4 is the same though). It's got a very soft and smooth taste to it. I got it in DXF hoping to just taste that nummy goodness... The main reason I only rated this a 3/5 is that for some reason, it has this hint of, and I kid you not, Beggin' Strips. Yes, Beggin' Strips for dogs. It's weird. I want to say I like this juice but that lingering taste in the background during drawing, inhaling and exhaling just sits there and pops into my mind each time I vape this flavor.
Coconut Wizard Extra Flavor + Sweetener:
I was also very anxious to try this, I was expecting just pure sweet coconut goodness. It's my favorite snacking candy/drink/fruit. Needless to say it has this weird spike of menthol when drawing it that totally kills the experience, I don't know where it came from, but I didn't get this one in menthol. Not really a fan of it. It leave this bitter tingly taste/feeling in my mouth after drawing.
Menthol + Sweetener:
I got this combination in hopes of finding a replacement for my Smokeless Image Ice Menthol. Needless to say, it's not such a great replacement like the RY4 was either... It is good, I like it, and i'll keep sampling this and maybe report back on it. It's very minty to say the least, kinda spearminty. I also got a sample of straight menthol, well see how that goes without the sweetener.
Desert Gold Double Extra Flavor:
I also got this to replace the Desert Joe over at Smokeless Image. You can taste a bit of caramel and vanilla in the background but I also have this weird lingering taste in the background of this one as well like the RY4... Grass? (Sorry, i'm dying of laughter, I have no idea why...).
Kretek Blend:
As I mentioned earlier, I used to smoke cloves for a while, when I saw this, I just had to try it. Tastes exactly like a Black regular from what I can remember. Like their description says, even numbs your tongue like clove cigars. If you like cloves, especially Blacks, this ones for you.
Spearmint Menthol + Sweetener:
I tried this one by dripping into a gutted carto. The flavor.... Yeah that's spearmint alright. Man is that STRONG. Not really my cup of tea at all.
Closing: If you're looking for a Smokeless Image replacements, look elsewhere. All these samples, don't have me 100% satisfied. I'm going to keep sampling them tonight and see if I can edit this review to be "better"...
