If you live in a country where vaping is banned (like Singapore) even if you find someone to ship to your country you risk getting your product confiscated by customs.

Fast Tech does not ship within China...yes a companied based here but not allowed to do business here.
If you're looking for a local brick and mortar shop, use your 大众点评 (da zhong dian ping, China's yelp). I know at least 4 around where I live (Shanghai).
If you're looking for online shops check out Taobao. I've spent close to $2000 on mods, tanks, batteries, chargers, DIY kits, juices, prebuilt coils, wires, ejuice DIY stuff on taobao and have only 2-3 bad experiences. Look for sellers with good reputation and at least 1 blue crown. Look for items that have past sale reviews. For reputable sellers, they will usually specify whether an item is a clone or authentic.

I've ordered about $200 worth of items from them without any issues. I think I might've hassled their customer service to a point where they don't respond but they were pretty responsive in the beginning
