Short fat rechargeable VV battery or 180 degree adapter

I am looking for a short, fat, rechargeable, VV battery (preferably not round but any would be helpful) which will fit in a shirt pocket without sticking out. I am thinking about something about 700 - 1000 mah and the size of a plenty pack of gum or so. Something short & fat along the form factor of a zippo lighter and rechargeable with a standard ego charger. Another option if someone is brilliant enough to create it would be a 180 degree adapter which fit standard ego threads so that the clearomizer would actually run parallel to the ego type battery with enough extension to have only the mouthpiece extend past the voltage adjustment of say an ego twist or vision spinner. This would not only have the benefit of being able to conceal the unit in a shirt pocket but also end the pesky rolling off the table and cracking clearomizer problem. If anyone is aware of either product or could use this in any way please let me know. - Thank You

First off, Hi and Welcome to ECF

In order to get that small of a form factor (approx the size of a zippo) you have to go mechanical and forsake VV. You can go with something like Gripper or you can step up to "pack of cigarette size" and look into MVP. That is almost exactly what I had in mind. However I would need an extension piece on the clearomizer side about 2-1/2 inches long so that the tip on a kanger protank mini clears the battery end. Any suggestions?
