Shorted big time!

My first order with you guys & I was shorted big time!

Order # 129719
I ordered 10 – 10 packs of soft caps for eGoT type B.
I received 2 - 10 packs.
I should have gotten 100 – sent only 20.

Packed & check by 2 diff initials & another on to right corner.
