Should I buy these VTC5s seems like a good deal??

On one the one hand, they're from eBay... But on the other hand, they do explicitly say "genuine"... But then again, you'd have to take someone on eBay's word for it...
But seriously, I don't think I'd personally trust eBay. Especially if it seems like a good deal on batteries whose scarcity, and price, have risen sharply as of late.

With the unavailability of these batteries from reputable dealers, you have to wonder where is Amazon, and the sellers on ebay getting them? I'd stay clear of them. From what I understand, these batteries are not being produced at this time. Be very aware of getting fakes.
