I want to get a nova tank, because i like the idea of rebuilding it. I already have 32 g. wire and cotton wick. But I don't know squat about electronics. I've read the lava tube is not good for dual coils .... and cuts off whatever. I don't know wht the nova tank is considered to be, but What I want to know is this, is the lava tube the best choice for a nova tank or is there something better suited for it? thanks much

You can use any low resistance atty or cart on a lava tube you just only get to use the lowest settings like 3.0 to lets say 4.0 before it cuts the power pack to 3.7 frankly speaking at 3.7 with a LR setup it's already too hot. Most juices will start to taste burnt at around 3.5 with a lava tube and LR. The bonus with using any 3ohm setup is that you get to use a wider range of watts you can go both cooler and hotter. However, I still find that even with the range of only 3.0 to 4.0 that you will find the sweet spot some place in the middle anyway. So I'm not really sure what all the fuss is about. 3.0 will be too cool for most and 4.0 too hot for most.
