going to get the Vamo V3 also and have read enough here to know I need a Nitecore charger and AW batteries but do I get 18350 or 18650 or both? One of each or two of each? Also Nitecore 2 or 4?
thanks

I would get one 18650 and two 18350's. Using two 18350's provides a more accurate power output than one 18650. Plus you can make the Vamo smaller by using one 18350.

Vamos are a great mod at their price point and have all the bells and whistles features anyone would want....that being said, the SS versions seem to be a bit more durable....the 510 threads can strip out if you aren't careful...this happened to my V2 and several others if you read some forum posts. Didn't stop me from buying a V5 though...it along with my MVP2, and SiD are my traveling mods...my 2 ProVaris pretty much are for at home vaping...

Well, for the time being would an MVP2 be the better option? I was looking at it, and I get more battery life, a kit that comes with an iClear 30, and I actually really like the way the Voltage/Wattage adjustment is set up. Plus, the kit is pretty cheap compared to just getting the mod itself. What do you guys think? I do only have a KTS and have had a few ego's (ALL of them broke, didn't know they were so delicate) I really just want long battery life, good vapor production, decent throat hit with full flavor on the vapor. I can have $45 by tomorrow, that may be able to get me either one, now I'm considering waiting on the vamo and playing with the MVP for a bit, would that be a wise decision for somebody as new as me? Also, are the threads on the MVP more durable? I don't want to strip threads, that would definitely suck lol

You really cant go wrong choosing either. I own the Vamo v2, the Vamo v5 and the MVP v2...if I had to choose between only keeping one of them, I'd choose the MVP v2 by a hair...it's a well built, solid, quality mod. The battery has long life between charges, has an ohm reader, and if you don't vape over 5 volts or 11 watts, it will do the job very well....others may have differing opinions, but that's mine based on my preferences and experience...

I was stuck between those two (VAmo and MVP) so I went to a Vap shop and tried both out and I def like the VAmo more

Well I'm still new, and it sounds like the MVP V2 would be the easier option in the way of batteries, plus that 2600 mah battery life sounds pretty attractive, too. The bonus is that I found an MVP kit for 39.99 coming out to just under $43, after shipping. I'm thinking that's probably going to be a deal breaker, I still definitely want to go with the Vamo, but might want to wait on it, plus around christmas time would be when I get to spend a little extra, perfect time to get a vamo, and enjoy some holiday vapes with both mods :)
