Should I pull battery after charge complete (DSE901)

I just received my first e-cig from ProStreet on the forums here and absolutely love it.

I have 2 batteries, and I am wondering if I should keep one in the charger at all times or pull it once the light goes green?

I have found that the light goes green way before the battery is actually fully charged.

I leave my batteries in the charger for 8-12 hours on the first charge, and I shoot for 4 hours on subsequent charges whether the light is green or not.

The light on my charger always goes green within 20-30 minutes of plugging the battery in and I don't think think the battery is fully charged.

So, try for about 4 hours....I wouldn't leave it plugged in all the time. Although I do usually have batteries plugged in overnight while I sleep so once a day they get charge for about 8 hours.

i seem to remember reading this is not recommended.
aside from whether or not it is bad for the battery,
it's just not a good idea to do unattended charging. imho

I leave my batteries on the charger after its green and they all still work fine. I don't do it intentionally but sometimes I put one on before I go to bed and take it off in the morning. I do not put any of them on charge until the led starts flashing that its needing to be charged. I timed 2 of them and they both took exactly 2 hours for the charger to go from red to green. That was when they are completely dead to start with (meaning the led is flashing). If you put one on charge before it needs it the charger lite will go from red to green in a shorter time. Sorta like the charger will only put back in what you took out.

Lithium batteries have no memory effect like the old NiMh ir NiCd cells.
The initial 8 or 12 hour charge has been brought over to the lithium cells by lazy manufaturers.
The only thing stopping your battery from exploding ( and being lithium i really do mean BANG FIRE AND FLAMEs exploding) is a cheap bit of chinese circuit board.

When the light goes green the lithium isnt taking anymore charge , 30 mins or 3 days don't matter.

And jeez , never leave these batts unattended...especially overnight.

I think the apostle was hinting about a possible small explosion because of malfunction.??

Could be?? Then again, some people say don`t leave your computer turned on all the time. Mine only shuts off for the occasional restart.

Lets see here-while sleeping////computer catches fire battery explodes and blows up. My god--"I`m living dangerously""..

I have a timer that I use for charging. I put a battery on charge and set it for 4 hours then it goes off and stays off.

The timer plugs into a 110V receptacle and has a recepticle on the side of it that you plug your charger into. I use it for my battery operated drills so I don't overcharge.

You can get these things for less that $10 at Wal-mart or Home Depot. You can find them by the millions around X-mas time for putting your lights on a timer.

I would post a picture, but I'm too lazy to do it right now, maybe later if there is a lot of interest.

I only leave 1 red thingy in and manually turn it on and turn the dial to go off in 4 hours and since I don't leave any of the green thingies in, it doesn't turn back on.

Well, let's see, I have 6 batteries and 3 chargers, so 3 are always plugged in and left on til I switch over or I leave the house (have dogs, so I never leave anything plugged in or fire hazards on when I'm not here). Moral of the story: my batteries don't work for crap any more and I'm wondering if it's because they've been overcharged way too many times.......
