@wjosephsimmons After a few weeks of using the Aerotank base with my Protank2, I have to say that I am completely satisfied with the protanks. It never leaks. Gargles sometimes but disappears after a while (Or I top-off the tanks), I have never had such an air flow. My protanks were usually tight but not anymore.

I am really thankful for the tip :)

That's great! I know I could never go back to the stock base after using the airflow control valve (aka aerotank base)! They were actually released for individual sale (as an accessory or replacement part) here in the USA back in January, and I was one of the first to get one from MyVaporStore.com. It only cost me $4.85 plus shipping, which is about what they sell for now. But back then, very few retailers had them in stock (many hadn't even heard of them), and Kanger was slow to ship more to the US. After that, I saw some sellers on eBay actually selling them for $25 to $30 a piece! Each! It was blackmail. Once Kanger responded to the demand, the price went back down. But there are threads here on ECF from back then describing it all. Glad to hear it worked out for you. :)

PS - if you use a pipe cleaner to clean out the inside central tube in the tank every time you refill, you can eliminate that occasional gurgling altogether. Make sure you have all the proper o-rings in it, too - missing one will sometimes cause gurgling as well:

Works for me!
