I have istick 20w, and i've been researching about sub-ohm and wanted to get subtank nano with 1.2ohm coils for it. But wanted to know if sub-ohm is worth the upgrade to try out 0.5ohm subtank as well as eleaf melo. I'm a fan of organic cotton, currenty running evod micro coild on my evod with japanese organic cotton and its very nice. Maybe should i wait for dna 40 temp regulated mods to come out?

you should upgrade to istick 30 regardless of subohming. They fixed a lot of the issues of the 20 (even though I still use and love my 20). I'm waiting for my MELO and 50w as well. Currently own 20w, 2-30w, and coming soon 50w iSticks.

are you referring to 4400mah 50w istick or 50w istick same form factor as 30w and 20w ?

Get the Nano and try it on your 20w istick it is amazing with the 1.2ohm coil! I bought the mini with an istick 30w, fired it up tonight with the .5 coil and was loving it. I had a 20w istick sitting there and figured what hell swap to the 1.2 ohm coil and giver her a spin. The flavor excellent, the vape was amazing, surprised the hell out of me. These OCC coils are impressive, now I just hope I can get at least 30-50ml out of them before needing to change them out.

I don't know if you rebuild coils, but I heard rebuilding the subtank coils are pretty darn simple.

I got the Atlantis as my first sub ohm test. I bought some extra coils, new juice with higher VG, and I'm still sort of.....unsure about it. I would dip your toe in the water before jumping all the way in. It's a fine tank so far, but I'm just not sure Sub'ing is for me. So just my two cents; don't just assume like I did, that it's a sure thing.

30w istick is great, I use on all my subtanks and atlantis. waiting for the 50w version just for the battery capacity but not wattage. as I type this I just changed a OCC coil on my subtank mini and its blowing great vapes at only 10-12watts. You don't need the super high watage for these hybrid tanks, anything over 25watts and you start getting burn in my experience.
