I would give it a few more days before you panic further. You *COULD* msg the owner OCD and let her know there is a problem with it, but I would wait until at least Late Friday or Monday. I mean its clear the vendor did get it moving and its in USPS hands as of March 21st. After that "acceptance" its all in the hands of the mail carrier. Mail is like the weather...

I just received my second tank from IB. Great product! but it *IS* glass and it won't survive a fall. I just bought a couple replacement tubes because the shiny blue swirl I got my husband for christmas didn't survive my bathroom floor *cry*

But replacement tubes are pretty reasonable, and you can't really break the caps.

Yeah, USPS is terrible about accuracy. I've had stuff show up 5 days after being marked delivered. I've had a package going from Texas to Colorado get held for 3 days in Florida. And another one sat in Washington state for 5 days without moving (I know because when it did move, it was still in WA state).

UPS can be pretty wild, too, though! Actually...I've had a bit better luck with USPS. UPS does okay, but when it screws up...it does a bang up job. I had some Calibowls sent from California and they took a little trip from there to Kentucky...then to Jacksonville FL (where I am). Promptly turned around and went back to Kentucky (why?) next day. Next it took a little trip to Nashville, TN (I guess to see the Grand Ol' Opry?) then off to Chattanooga TN for a day. Next it took off again and went back to Kentucky! Day after that it was on it's way to Florida...only to Orlando (farther south of Jax). Stayed there a day THEN came back up to Jax and was finally delivered. Good ol' UPS. Oh..and to add insult to injury...the package arrived a bowl short of the 4pc. set it was supposed to be! ROFL!!! I guess one of the bowls decided it wanted to stay and see Disney World!

USPS generally takes a somewhat straighter line to it's destination. But a day or two delay is not uncommon.

I waited 2 weeks for my tank, but I live in Puerto Rico and usually it takes like a week to get my stuff unless is from Gotvapes, only takes like 5 days don't know why. The sad part is that I order two 30ml bottles from AiV and there where out for delivery on 3/19 but there was nothing at the mailbox, later that night it was updated to "no update on delivery" I was like "what". I called the postal service last Saturday and they open a ticket for investigation, got a call yesterday asking for the description of the box and what was inside. They told me that they will investigate the whereabouts of the package and will call me back, I'm still waiting......

Hello and dont worry yourself about this. What i can tell you is yes IBTank is in Cali but no where near the same area or near a major hub for mail they are about an hour away from Bakersfield cali which is the bigget populated city in that area and i pass through there all the time on my way from Vegas to LA. And i can tell you even bakersfield isnt all that big. IBTanked is in an extremely rural area. If you look up Onyx California on google maps you will see what i mean.

I have ordered from them a few time and each time the package has not arrived in the same time frame. The mail is the mail and it is what it is but i have always gotten my stuff. If your package doesnt arrive buy Sat i would go to IBTank thread and let OCD know. He really does what it takes to fix any problem a customer might have.

I usually get my packages a day later than the expected by date. Only worry if it says delivered and it's not in your mailbox. I once got a package that usps took a day after it arrived to update on their site.

Use to get my orders from a midwest shipper in one day(amazing).I moved 5 miles away and now my package 6 + times goes further south(like 50 miles) and actually says out for delivery from a post office I know does not deliver to my house. The next day it reroutes and comes to me, point (for me at least) is the post office is at fault.This shipper is by far one of the fastest , know its not her fault but after this thread may at least let her know the issue because it may give new people ordering her stuff issue, thanks for the thought.Good luck with your order.
