I've ordered from a few different companies trying to find something that I really like and came across a company called Flavor Shack. There are 2 Flavor Shacks - one is Las Vegas that it a DIY type store and the one I am writing about in Connecticut. (www.flavorshackllc.com).

I found a flavor "Scarface". It is almost like a cigar tobacco flavor with some subtle vanilla. I had ordered 2 bottles to try and I really like it. They come in 100ml bottles and it was $9.99 per bottle. My order sort of got lost in the mail but eventually it came. I had written to them and they apologized but it wasn't even their fault. It was USPS.

I decided to order more and when I went to order I noticed they had a special. Their prices were lowered to $7.99 and if you order 6 bottles you get 25% off the total plus free shipping. So I ordered 4 bottles of Scarface at 3 nic, 1 bottle of Scarface at 0 nic and 1 bottle of a different flavor.

My order arrived yesterday and right away I knew something was wrong - the package was way too small for 6 bottles. I feel it and can feel only 3 bottles. I took photos before I even opened it and sure enough only 3 bottles. I wrote to them and let know my order was wrong. I was very nice and attached the photos. I did not ask for anything except my 3 bottles and told them it was no rush and just to please send me the tracking number when they mail it out.

I received a response from them today. They apologized for the issues on my past two orders plus they credited me the entire amount I paid plus they are sending out the full order.

I told them that was super nice but not even necessary and I just want the 3 bottles they owe me but they insisted.

We hear so much about shoddy service and it so nice to deal with a company that really values it customers.

How ironic. Years ago (2012 - 2013) there was an ECF member that went by the username Scarf-ace, she was active in the liquid extraction from tobacco sub-forum for a time. She started a thread describing a method for making NET from cigars and pipe tobacco. Slow Cooker Extraction of Tobacco and Tea
