Just a quick picture of my set up along with tools. Ignore the junk on the on the bottom shelf-other hobby supplies.

Holy cow. I think you would need a 55 gal drum of nic base to get through all those flavors. Very nice BTW. Beats digging though various containers as I do.

I transfer from the various containers that the flavors come in to clear glass. Each bottle has a dropper that has been calibrated to that flavor. Droppers are not the best measuring method but if you keep the humidity and temp. and process the same you get consistent results. I have been making my own juice for about 2 years and the biggest problem that I have found is rotating flavors. I try to not keep a batch of flavoring more then 6 months so keeping track of 230 flavors can, at times, be a real pain.
P.S. I use 1/2 ounce bottles from specialty bottle.

Here is a picture of everything put away. No sunlight, or any light for that matter.

i mix on the kitchen counter (on foil) when no one is home. I keep everything bagged, learned from a bottle of ripe banana leaking.

I split my 10% nic (on a cookie sheet with glasses and gloves) into 30ml bottles and keep it here, I fill the 125ml bottles about once a month with 13mg
