My Grey. His name is Tookie, and I bought him as an egg 16 years ago. He is my best buddy. He talks up a storm and we actually have conversations back and forth. Laugh if you want, but its true. My kids and grand daughters come down and he just sits there and talks and laughs with them all day long. He's quite the parrot. He's especially fond of my youngest grandaughter (she's 7 now) and will fly down and go sit on her lap the whole time she's visiting. A very loving bird and I'm so glad I have him. Dang spoiled bird he is.
I want chooks! I live on a small 100x100 lot in a grid type development so I don't think I would be allowed to have them. I am planning to reach out to my township to find out the laws before spring hits.
James: Let me know if you want help researching local ordinances (I had a booth at our work-large international medical device company) health fair on keeping backyard chickens and researched local cities. There is also great information on Raising BackYard Chickens, Build a Chicken Coop, Pictures of Breeds !!!
I'm working on getting some better pictures, but this is the newest foster kitty that I rescued from the projects. Chubbiest cat I've ever seen in person....
These two bundles of fur and their nocturnal lifestyle are the main reason why I have been having problems sleeping. They are not actually mine per say , they are my girlfriend's , but I end up taking care of them anyway
