I'm noticing (just from avatars) that a disproportionate amount of Boston Terriers seem to be members here =)

Damn straight, let's show them Jules with a stick...

Here is Penny, she was a foster failure and shes daddys girl. Some kids tried to set her on fire when she was 10 weeks old. I nursed her back to health but i knew i was keeping her after i had her all of 5mins, lol.

This is Rummy our only dane left. He likes to sit on the couch and watch TV. Penny is in this one. shes the kid nanny bigtime!! She frets over every kid that hangs out at the house. She has to make sure they are ok always!!!

My goofy boy Gunner. We had him and his brother as fosters. His brother is now in a great home being spoiled rotten, Gunner on the other hand failed at 2 different homes so we kept him. Penny was a neurotic mess when he was gone anyways so oh well.

Lazy Sunday morning with daddy.

Our latest failure Minnie. She was dumped on the road with 6 babies. We got the babies all fostered out but we kept momma. Shes such a sweetie. Except for here she got busted this morning chewing on mamas slipper.

OMG!! I really don't understand how people, especially kids, can even think to do something like that!!! Bless you for being a foster and saving those beautiful puppies!

Sadly her siblings werent able to be saved. And yes Zak, i see it daily and the lowness of humanity never ceases to amaze me at times. All i can do is hold my head high knowing we save as many as we can with what we've got and not let what i see get me down.

You were able to save her, and she's beautiful!! Not to mention the other success stories you've got there. Again, you've got my respect for standing up for them.

I love the idea of owning ferrets; they're cute as hell and smart little effers.

So many people don't realize that! Ruki will stand up and beg, spin in a circle and roll over for me.. that's more then my cat ever did for me and he pretty much potty trained himself.. I just showed him the litter box.... but with ferrets you do have to have your house ferret proofed (small holes closed and such) they are very much like having a two year old .. lol...But they sleep like 18 hours a day..... but when they're awake they really want your attention!

The nice thing though when you leave, they tend to just go find somewhere and go to sleep... at least that's what Ruki does.

Here is my favorite pic of Sweetpea ever!! Thats Anniken on his back. Poor little guy had a neurological disorder. He passed away last year. Last year was a rough one. We lost 2 danes, a dachsund and Anni last year :(:(:(

Anniken looks a lot like my Spanky!

I'm sorry to hear about the losses.

Here is a sad pic i just found. The Big White one is Max, he passed away from old age. The little Harlequin is Chloe, she was killed by a negligent vet. and the little dachshund is Scooby, also passed away from old age. I miss them all tremendously but Max most of all. He was a humongous love bug. He was blind and pranced like a Lipizzaner stallion when he ran. I know they are all waiting for us on the Rainbow bridge. Awww your Spanky does look like Anni!!
