Whether we are able to make a small purchase or a larger one it will show David and Pam how much we really do support them and their endeavors.

I wish. My wife is an accountant by trade, now a homemaker who manages our finances in between dealing with our twin boys and 5-year-old girl. She knows more about what's spent than I do.

upStomp, if she keeps track of what's spent then don't hide it. Hiding it will just make you guilty. Just tell her it's for a good cause and if she gets skeptical show her david's thread and that you are supporting that. Remember, you are doing it for the community and your continued good health. and if that fails to convince SWAMBO then you can always fall back on pleading or outright begging.
