I'm jealous. All we have is a small Weber grill. :(

I'm so sorry that Randy took his own life. That's so sad.

OK I don't know if more then one pic is allowed hopefully this won't disqualify me but there is so much to see:) And there is a story. My husband and his best frient built this thing together to use at our family/friend gatherings:

This is right after they finished it: Chrome stacks are functional, it has stabilizers (the back things with horseshoes at the top) and both side open up with racks that slide in and out for easy access to the food.

Then his best friend took his own life so we added a tool box to it with a sign in his memory. My husbands name is Ron and his buddy's was Randy and they always argued over who's initial came first - R for Ron or R for Randy.....LOL....so we named it R & R Barbecue (we do not cook for hire though - that was an agreement they had when they built it)

Now I just wanted you to see all the food it will handle:

We have cooked many a meals for our friends and families and will continue this weekend!!

Happy Memorial Day to all!

I don't think its takes quite as long, I like mine a littler firmer so don't leave it on as long..

Thanks for the info. We cook asparagus on this grill quite a bit, so next time, we'll add zucchini. By the way, I really love sea salt or course salt on asparagus when grilling. Have you tried that?

We cook asparagus on the grill but we also take a little metal bowl and put shrimp and mushrooms in it with garlic butter and let it simmer the whole time we are grilling the meat....MMMMMM Good!

Yes we miss him dearly and we were out of town when it happened. For years we kept expecting him to show up in the driveway every Saturday morning like he did - but at least we have really great memories of him! Will never understand it but still love him:)

I'm sure you do. It's so hard when a friend or family member takes his/her own life. One of my cousins took her own life about ten years ago. It was very emotional for our family when she wasn't at our family dinner the following Christmas. She had major problem and many family members tried to help her, but their efforts didn't help.

That sounds so good! I just told hubby; we're going to try it this weekend!

Oh yeah I forgot - in the foil on the grill is cabbage, cut the cabbage in wedges, put one wedge, old work steak seasoning, butter and a piece of bacon - wrap it up in foil and let it cook until the cabbage is tender!!!

Yum! I assumed that it was potatoes. I love cabbage, so we'll try that too. Back to grilling time, does it take about the same amount of time as asparagus or zucchini?
