One of the biggest reasons this is working for me is the lack of negative side effects. Anti depressants made me nuts, patches gave me B-Horror movie nightmares, gum made me nauseous. Everything made me eat by the metric ton. I have none of those side effects with vaping. The only thing I notice is the roof of my mouth gets beat up but that's about it.

I had explicit graphic dreams of an erotic nature while on Wellbutrin. Like, extremely explicit and graphic. Also I was extremely irritable. But mainly the extremely graphic erotic dreams. This is not meant to be an endorsement of that product, I didn't really like myself while I was on it, but, again, dem dreams.

I quit smoking 4 years ago with the ecig, however have been addicted to the ecig ever since! I panic if I don't have a bottle of liquid and 2 spare batteries when I go out! Enough is enough now and 5 days ago I quit the ecig as I hated such a little thing having so much power over me.
I know 4 years is a long time to 'vape' but as far as I was concerned it wasn't harmful to me so why not?!
Now after reading many articles they are now saying ecigs are bad for you too!
Since quitting the ecig I have had a constant headache and feeling dizzy most of the time too, almost like motion sickness, have also had quite bad gastric reflux with certain types of liquid, has anyone else experienced this? How long will this last?

Sounds like nicotine withdrawal symptoms to me. Best of luck if that's what you want to do. Hang in there; it will pass, however, I find it easier to quite nicotine by tapering off instead of cold turkey, but everyone is different.

Don't read articles, Read Research. Articles are Excerpts of facts twisted to suit personal agendas.
Best of luck on your abstention.

You can read anything - that doesn't mean it's true either. Even water can be bad for you if you drink too much of it too quickly.

What nic level were you using and how much liquid were you going through each day? It sounds like you put yourself into hardcore withdrawal. You could have taken more time and cut your nic level in increments if your goal was to quit. How long it will last? Probably the same as if you tried quitting smoking cold turkey - about two weeks.

Reflux from vaping can come from bad vaping technique, by "gulping" vape and getting it into your esophagus by accident.
