The Xhaler switch assembly is very similar. The switch shaft is insulated from the body and makes electrical connection with the battery post, then when pressed the switch shaft completes the circuit by contacting the opposite side of the tube wall, whereas the GGs have the battery post isolated from the bottom cap and the switch makes contact with that post to complete the circuit.

I think the GG method is a little simpler in terms of making one yourself. Zoranth's diagrams on the GG wiki are excellent, so should give you a good idea of how it works :)

Sorry I suck at drawing.. So basically I'm insulating the actuator from the main body of the PV and putting a metal tube inside the insulator to make contact to the actuator. The. I will solder a wire from the atomizer connector to the tubing around the actuator. Now the positive/negative contact post comes into play. It is essentially a disk of plastic with a metal rod through the middle. Actuator comes in contact with the contact post, by extension the contact post comes in contact with the atomizer connectors center post :D yay!!!! If you have any suggestions please add them... I want to make this switch as fool proof as possible

So... After exhausting/destroying/melting every possibly usable item I had laying around to center the pos. post. I figured out what I'm gonna do... :D ... Half inch of PVC pipe, some JB weld quick set epoxy, homedepots threader, a drill, and my quarter inch threader. I should be done with this mod in two weeks :3
