Sigelei 100 charging.

Hello. Very simple question here.
I was browsing on fasttech and I found this:

I am curious if this can be used to charge the sigelei 100. I am guessing not as per the discussion on the item, but I thought I may as well ask if this can charge the sigelei 100, thereby bypassing the periodic charges. Cheers

That is used to turn your mod into a power supply to charge something else, ie. a cell phone. It doesn't charge the batteries in the mod.
