Sigelei 100 watt plus box mod. Orchid v4

So I bought the sigelei and orchid the other day. Had the guy at the Vape store build it so I can have my box mod on 30 watts, 5 ohms,4.2 volts. But sometimes the ohms jump back and forth from 5ohms to 6 ohms. Is this normal.? Doesn't bug me really but I just want to know just incase it might be the box mod so I can take it back an get a new one. Also my battery life lasts me 3 days. But the battery life jumps back and forth , is that normal as well.? Does anybody have the sigelei 100 watt plus box mod and have the same experience?? I'm new to box mod vamping but I really enjoy it so bare with me . thanks

I really hope this guy didn't erm, unfairly influence you to buy a sigelei 100 for an rta. Seems a bit pointless to run a 100 watt device on a tank at low power levels. It's normal for battery life to jump around a bit but completely abnormal for the ohms to move, especially to such a degree. My advice is to learn to build yourself so you don't have to rely on others, especially in this case where something is clearly lose and causing a weak connection leading to jumping resistance levels.

Thanks . Is there a website or something that I can learn about ohms and all that stuff . I know how to build but haven't mastered it yet...

Battery % jumps around on ALL Sigelei box mods.

If the ohm are jumping as well, then one of the screws are loose for the coil. Take it apart and re-tighten the screws. Could also be a lose copper screw at the bottom of the 510 on the Orchid.

Are you sure you're reading the ohms correctly? A 5 ohm coil at 30W would require 12.24v, the Sigelei 100W+ has a max output of 8.5v.
Maybe you meant .5 to .6 ohms? A .6 ohm coil at 30W would require 4.24v.
