Long time reader first time poster. I greatly appreciate all the great feedback and data this site has accumulated and making everything so accessible. But now I need some help... I have a sigelei #19 I was modifying and while tapping the brass post for a copper contact it starting to crack and eventually shattered. It must have been a fairly low grade brass because typically brass is on the softer side of metals and takes plays well with manipulation. That being said, my post is now unusable and looking for a possible replacement button assembly or a new post but can't seem to find anything around.
If anyone knows where I can get replacement parts or can offer a different solution I would be grateful!
