This seems to be a randomly occuring issue with PT 1.5's and PT 2's, had the same issue with my sigelei #8w.

The only option i can immediately see is check if the white delrin insulator that controls the height of the inside of the 510 is threaded.

If it is threaded, like on the 8w, you should be able to slightly adjust it out until you get air airflow from the PT2 when its flush and still have it fire.

Need someone to pop in who has the cap and tell ya if the connector is adjustable at all!

With this or possibly with the original Protank base.

If this white delring piece is threaded, you should be able to make it work by slowly turning it out a bit, drawing/test firing, etc.

If its not threaded the only option may be as crxess mentioned and use an airflow adapter or find some PT 1 bases with the higher air-holes, but be warned, the higher holes make them easier to break off.

The delrin is pretty slim and I don't think it is threaded... I can't grab it with my fingers and I don't have access to pliers at the moment to pull it. I am pretty ...... right now so I don't want to break it either.

Thanks... that's going to make my Protank sit up higher, I want to minimize the size of my PV

The other thing is to take your 19b apart and check to make sure the white delrin cap is screwed down all the way. Sometimes, mine gets loose and it won't fire. Do you have a way to check to see if the Sigelei is firing (like a multimeter/voltage meter)?

As the above posters stated, it is a problem with some Protank coils. Oddly enough, they fire on some mods, but not others. Another quick fix that sometimes works is taking the base off of the Protank and screwing down the coil a bit.

According to Todd on youtube, it does have an adjustable contact pin. Just use a philips screwdriver on the screw the has the spring (its attached) and adjust it out as far as you can and still have the PT2 fire maybe it will open it up a bit. Worth a try, but id bet that delrin is threaded just like on the 8w (only reason im not positive is due to the spring in the head).

Yeah the delrin is all the way to the top side of the cap. It is very thin so I can't move it or grip it.

I do not have a voltage meter as I at my girlfriend's college apartment right now... The only tools I can find here are tweezers haha

I know that it is getting power from the battery and when I hit it with it 1/16th of inch gap it hits fine. I think it is the air holes on the protank 2 :(

I am going to have to try this tomorrow when I get home and have access to a screwdriver that will fit in there. Can you post the video link please? idk who Todd is or I'd find it on my own. Thanks

Welcome , but being as both versions of the Pro tanks have air passages on the bottom , the problem is with the 19 B . Take off the top cap , and unscrew the little screw . Then attach your tank . Then screw the little brass screw back , until it makes contact with your device . Should work fine then . Good Luck
