Sigelei 20w gravity sensor not working?

ive had my sigelei 20w for less than a week, no drops or accidents.. today i change batteries, and go to set wattage, and it wont adjust by tilting like advertised... tried everything, new battery, let it sit, nothing? frustrating being it is stuck at 10w.. any suggestions before i ship back too vendor?

fixed, just let it sit with battery out over night
