So I was thinking of upgrading and wanted to know if the sigelei 30w with the aerotank mega with .8 ohm coils would be good to get those big clouds without having to go down the route of rebuildables. Is .8 ohms too low or should I maybe go with 1.0 ohms? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome to the forums, I heard the low ohm coils are not that great, but haven't bought one to try myself. With a 30 watt device your fine with the stock 1.8ohm coils and you can crank them up to 15 or so no problem.

I don't chase clouds. I do get great vapor with a regular mech (Reo, Nzonic etc.) and coils at about 1.1-1.4. I have used lower resistance a couple times when I went with dual coils or just wrapped to few times. I am getting clouds from my kayfun at 1.1 with rayon wick.
I guess I am saying, if you are chasing HUGE clouds, yep, get the 30 watt and go sub ohm, and go high on the vg. VG = clouds, PG = flavor and throat hit. If you are chasing HUGE clouds, you will be into rebuildables in no time. Just learn a lot about your batteries and battery safety. (If you don't already have that information...not trying to say you don't, just a caution).
