ok so i am having a hard time deciding between the two.....

sigelei 30w i really like because its not a box mod.

dna30 i kinda like but not sure because it is a box.

both are $100 from two different local b&m

maybe you guys that have one or the other/both can give your thoughts on them.

my current rig is a nautulis full size on a spinner2

my plans for use for the new mod (which ever i do end up with) is using my nautulis while im working and maybe in the next couple of months getting into rebuildables when im am just sitting at the house.

dripping while im at work is not a option.

Based on the $100 price point, it pretty much has to be a DNA30 clone of some sort, i can only assume a Hana clone.

Suppose there is a small possibility its a discounted unit due to the recent release of the DNA40, but doubt it.

If it is a clone(specifically a (c)Hana), you can find one online for MUCH cheaper, likely around $50.

Believe Focalecig has silver Canas in the US warehouse for around $45 w/$2 shipping.

My hana clone and many others need waking up, ie when left 30 seconds or so when the screen goes off, the next time you press the fire button, it's takes a couple of seconds or so before it starts firing. This in reality is extreeeeeeemely annoying. Plus my chip died after a few weeks although that may have been my fault due to modifying the mod.

My first mod was a Sigelei 20W and I still have it and use it. I love the thing so I assume the 30W model should be even better. But you said that in a close future you may start with RDA. Well, in this case none of the above will work. When I talk about RDA I'm talking about 0.5 ohm and under. In my honest opinion the ultimate vaping is under 0.5 ohms and for that none of the above will work.
Yesterday I tried an IPV2 (50W) who claims it works with RDA as low as 0.2 ohm. Nonsense. My build was 0.25 and on the screen was written "Low Res". So I don't believe anymore in any advertising unless I touch it and test it myself.
RDA is like opening the Pandora's box. Is a whole new ball game but if u love tasting real flavor then this is for you. An adjustable wattage device it is a must because as you said dripping is not really convenient in a lot of situations.

The only DNA 30 in your price range would be the Vaporshark DNA 30 for $119.99. It comes with a non-user replaceable 1300mah Lipo battery. The next one up with the the Vaporshark rDNA 30 that takes a 18650 and is $169.99 and comes with a free bottle of juice ($15 value). The authentic Hana Modz DNA 30 (and mini) is $199. The mini has a 1200mah lipo (built-in) and the regular size uses a 18650 you can replace by removing 2 screws. They all have a microUSB port for charging.

I thought I wouldn't like box mods but love them. They're more comfortable to hold for me.

You might want to look into an Istick by Eleaf. It's about the size of a VS DNA but $30-$40 online. The only downside is that it uses Mean so the 3v min is actually closer to 4v but then the DNA 30 and clones don't step down either. If you're using a Nautilus with BVC's, the Istick should serve you well.

If you want a Hana clone, Focalecig is having a group buy on a black one for $37.90 with free shipping. Not sure if their 10% off code works for the group buy (code: fcvapingcheap). The code only works on items shipped from China. This version is from KSD and supposedly has the delay from wake but it's less than a second. The reason I say "supposedly" is because most of the clones fixed the delay from wake issue. They also have 35w and 50w on Focalecig.com.
