So I have been debating whether or not to get a mini box mod to just use for my tanks such as my Kanger Subtank, Kanger Subtank Mini, Aspire Atlantis.

At first I wanted the Cloupor 30w Mini because of the nice rounded edges it has and the cool little indentations it has on the body of it.

Then I chose the Sigelei 30w Mini, because I currently use a Sigelei 100w V2 and I think the 30w Mini would look great next to its larger counter part. Also the Sigelei 30w Mini has a magnetic battery backdoor.

Then lastly I found the Smok XPro M50. What a nice looking and small device. Now I started watching reviews on youtube and when I saw the part of the removal of the battery and sparks and heard the possibility of arcing, I starting veering away from it.

So between these 3 devices, which one would people choose as a smaller box mod?

I mainly want it for tank purposes, because when I use a dripper, I drip above 30w, usually about 45-60w.

Would love to hear feedback to help my decision

I am now using smok m65 (basically the same as 50w+extra 15w and passthru)

Yes, I get the battery spark too, but I read on some thread that it is not a big deal, plus I do not change battery often. (actually I have only one 18650)

I did not have any problem with fire button falling out from mod like the others, maybe smok has fixed it. But still get the spare button though.

I don't really like the menu system on the Smok. Of those three, my choice would be the Sigelei. One drawback is that it can't (or shouldn't be -- people say they do but the manual says don't do it) vaped while charging, but a second battery and an external charger could take care of that pretty easily. I don't have any of them, but I'm lookin' to upgrade my eGo Twist here pretty soon and if I don't get myself an iStick (30 or 50 watt), I'll probably get the Sigelei.

I Recently bought the Sigelei 30W, I am very pleased with it. I mostly use it with a standard BCT (Aerotank, etc) but as far as sub ohming, I've only used the Kanger Subtank on it at .5ohm and it seems to work just as good as one of my mech mods! You can also set the Sigelei mini into "Mech Mod mode" and im pretty sure you can do the same with the Smok XPRO 50..

BTW Im pretty sure the reason we are seeing so many 30-50W Box Mods lately is because of all these new subtanks lol
