I've searched all over the web, even reading the user manual...but it seems no one has properly documented the icons this mini shows. It's showing a "battery symbol" that looks full, but won't turn on. Also, I get the exact same symbol even if I put the battery in backwards. Sometimes if I take the battery out and put it back in it shows the "charging symbol". My external charger hasn't come in yet, so I only have the mini to charge with. Any ideas? I feel sick from having to go back to regular smokes again!

Bump for an answer... I know nothing about the Sig 30, but if nobody smarter than I pops up by tomorrow, we can brainstorm 2gthr lol. Just wanted to tell ya there's hope 
Do you have another battery you can put in it? If so, try that in case you just have a dud battery.
I have two new batteries, but the external charger is sitting in my apartments "package area" so I can't get to it for a few more hours. I hope it's just the battery! It's odd that the "manual" doesn't even include what I'm seeing on the LCD screen.
