I just purchased my first Mod – a Sigelei Mini Zmax.
It uses the red batteries AW IMR 18350 700 mAh 3.7 V (2.6 WH)

I also have a DSE-601 E-Pipe that I never gave me any satisfaction.
The pipe batteries are ICR 18350 900 mAh 3.7V
Marked : “Special Lithium Battery”
Is it possible to uses the pipe batteries as extra spares for the Zmax?
I think I read somewhere the difference between ICR and IMR. But I’ve been reading so much lately I don’t properly remember.

Thanks for your time.

Sigelei Zmax Mini uses the same 18350 batteries as the Sigelei Zmax V3 or V5 Telescopics. Both Sigeleis measure 100mm in length with 18350 but the Telescopics can use longer batteries up to 18650 where the Mini can't.

All Sigelei Zmaxs should be operated with IMR or better batteries. IMR batts from AW or Efest are fine choices for most vapers.

Protected ICR batts should not be used with Sigelei Zmax. Hybrid ICR/IMRs are another story.

Like yzer states, I would not use them in the Zmax, here is a link that helps to explain some of the differences. Taste Your Juice | BATTERY INFORMATION

Are they like these? http://www.vapehut.com/Electronic-Pipe-Battery-p/battery_900mah_18350.htm It seems this vendor sells the e pipe kit with these batteries.

You can get those Efest 18350 MAH IMR fairly cheap, you can find them cheaper than here but this price includes shipping. Efest Batteries I run Efest 18650 in my SIG Mini Zmax, and honestly I would not use the ICR. The Sigelei Mini Zmax is a pretty nice little unit, but you will want backup batteries as 18350's don't last long, AW is a better choice if you don't mind spending a litte more.

Battery University has lots of information, but the link above is shorter and clearer.
