just picked a sigelei V2 and find that it does not seem to regulate power if I set it for a wattage that requires less than 4 volts on the tank.it works great in boost mode but when I set it lower I seem to get more power not less. this is my first regulated mod. been using mech. for the past 13 month and was wondering if this is normal for a regulated mod? with a 1 ohm coil it seems to put out less power at 15 watts than it does at 7 watts. once I get over 4 volts on the tanks it works great

This was the only site I could find that info though:

SIGELEI 50W V2 BOX MOD
thank you. the specs on the site I purchase it from was the same.it will go down to 3 volts but at anything below 4 volts I get a slight burnt taste and inconsistent vapor production.I am use to mechanical mods so changing the coil resistance was an easy solution. but when I saw this mod on a clearance sale for 20 bucks I could not resist it. can't have too many tanks or mods and this will work well on my sub tanks. once again thank you for your input. im a mech guy and just getting into regulated mods

I have two of them as well. I bought one a year ago when it was new, and the other a few weeks ago on clearance. If I weren't broke right now I would get a couple more.
I plan on grabbing one too at these Clearance prices, Iv actually always wanted one but never got it. They are coming out with a new mod that looks exactly like the VR2, at least the pictures iv seen show it that way..
