Exercise the 510 spring, clean it out as best you can. Using RDAs with long 510s, bottoming the spring out and chain vaping at high wattage will cause a lot of heat transfer, the compression and heat to the spring will just cause it to lose all its strength.

If its under warranty, send it in, otherwise the only real solution would be to replace the 510 yourself or as ugly as it is use a 510 heat sink with a long 510 on it. Something like one of these

Do you have or know someone with a solder iron or a good butane torch? Or a b&m might have one you could borrow, depending on how well you know em, lol. Point being you can get a fat daddy 510 or similar for about $5-10, it's a very, very easy solder (first time I ever used a solder iron was doing this on a regulated mod and it worked great, there are YouTube vids that show how-to) - might keep you from having to drop a ton of cash on a new mod. Just speaking from the POV of a broke single mom who's wanted a Sigelei for about 6 months, I'd hate to see it hit the junk heap over such an easy fix!

Would it be worth it to take it apart and try to replace

Thanks, checked out some videos going to try to fix it, looks like its not the spring but one of the wires broke off where it was soldered.

Parts of the board look fried was working fine yesterday, had the IPV4, heated up randomly one day in my hand smelt burning plastic, took it apart, chips look like my IPV4 when it fried just not as bad and didnt notice it.

I don't have a clue about the board, sorry... Have read some about it but to me, seems like the kind of thing I won't fully understand enough to explain until I have to actually do it. Lol I'm sure there are people on here who can tell you exactly how tho.. If no answer comes up here, try re-posting in the apv subforum, more of the supergurus tend to hang out there lol
