Don't see why not, however the cap cones are sold out. I was going to have Danno fit them together and see but now

I have a few of these myself, in stainless.VERY nice...what exactly are you wanting to do with them?
They only screw onto the outside eGo threads....yes they should be flush with the rest of the batt body..

wanting to buy some sapphires and the pen cap cone for my mom ..was just wanting to make sure it was flush on the passhtrough

i have the black pen cap "cone" from GotVapes. it is flush indeed. when installed, it looks just like the photo pictured in your link.

Mine is used with a CE3, but with a typical boge or other carto, they clean up very nice with the top cap screwed in place...
