Anyone any idea what is happening with SillyNilly leather, they (used to?) make excellent leather wraps for mods.

Etsy shop mentions Leigh has been ill and the Etsy shop therefore closed, but they refer to their website where items can still be purchased and payment is still accepted.

My partner paid via amazon for two Vaporflask sleeves (Stout and Lite) for an Xmas present. Payment was made via Amazon and has been accepted / claimed via SillNilly.

We've had no confirmation of order, details of expected delivery etc Additionally they are not replying to our e-mails, Facebook messages or an attempt to reclaim the money paid via Amazon.

To be fair, I appareciate they may be going through tough times, regardless it's unacceptable to continue accepting payments (via their website) and ignore communications regarding them if orders cannot be fulfilled.

Sorry to intrude and to hear about your customer service situation. But I do leather working such as arrow quivers and and knife sheaths. Didn't know there was a market for stuff like that. Could you post a picture or link of what they look like thanks.

No worries here you go...just don't buy anything from them!!!

Update: have e-mailed and posted on their Facebook page (again) - silence, seems at least one other person experiencing the same thing.

Ditto on what Bad Ninja said, PLUS you have Amazon on your side too. Call amazon CS, they can probably take care of it faster and with less hassles.

Sorry for the all the mess.

Seems a refund has been requested from Amazon, but needs the vendor / seller to agree refund....credit card may be the route.

Thanks. Regardless post was more about marking up a potential scam than how to get a refund.
