Silver Bullet Button Tarnished After 1 Month of Use

I've had my Silver Bullet for about a month now and I'm extremely happy with it apart from the fact that the button is beginning to tarnish already. I think I read somewhere that the button is chrome plated brass, so I guess I've worn through the coating. Anybody else noticed anything like this? Do the black buttons hold up better?

Ive had my black button for a while and Ive gotten some juice on it a few times, no tarnish. That SB would look slick if it had a brass button though.

Looks like a brass button is exactly what I'm going to end up with, Plumes! I may well have to invest in some brass coloured drip tips to complete the look...!

So I decided to take some Silvo (a metal polish for silver, gold, aluminium, chrome and electroplate) to my Silver Bullet's button and it seems to have done the trick!
