Silver Bullet Questions: Batteries

So I got my SB last week as well as the Trustfire 18650s and charger. Unfortunately, these batteries are junk. And the mAH is completely misrepresented. Seems as though they don't hold 3.7v very long and I'm looking for some new ones.


I went to Super T manufacturing to get some AW High Drain 18650s and my only concern is that they appear to be flat tops. Does the SB take flat top cells?

Next question. While I'm there, I figured I should also snag some 16340s or RCR123As for 6v vaping. I'm still confused as to the difference in those two types of batteries - I always thought they were the same. However, the AW 16340s on their site are 3.7v, which by my math means they'd push the SB to 7.4v which I don't want. What are the best rechargeable batteries available for 6v vaping in the SB (3v per cell)? A big plus if they're carried by Super T manufacturing.

Since your already looking at Super T's site here"s the IMR battery you want: SiteDelux , they are button tops and will work fine.

Here's the correct batteries to use to get to 6v SiteDelux You will need a charger that charges 3.2 v batteries to use these though

All I normally use in my SB are Trustfires.

I also have some flat tops from an old box mod that button tops wouldn't fit in, and they work fine in the SB.
