Silver Bullet Upgrade

After years of using the DSE910, I finally decided it was time for an upgrade. After much research on this forum, I decided on the Silver Bullet from Altsmoke, 18650 3100 maH batteries, a Phiniac XL2 Peach Phrostie Tank, Boge XL Cartos, and few other accessories. My favorite and sole e-juice is the Johnson Creek Arctic Menthol. Total purchase price including 3 oz. of e-juice was $230+.

After receiving everything and figuring out how to properly use all of these new parts, I quickly realized that this was MAJOR upgrade. The vapor production, flavor, and longevity of vaping per charge/fill amounted to a drastically improved vaping experience. I feel like I did when I first started vaping (and smoking.) Assuming the SB lasts as long as others have noted, I am very happy with this investment.

If you are tired of constantly refilling and recharging and just want a solid, hassle-free vaping experience I suggest taking the plunge with the SB. As a side benefit, if someone picks a fight with me, this thing will work better than a roll of quarters.

Happy Vaping!

The Silver Bullet was the first mod I bought after deciding that stick batteries were not for me and never looked back. I can also attest to the reliability because I've dropped the thing more times than I can count without taking my shoes off. The worst it has ever suffered is when it got dropped and the carto tank got stuck. Thinking I'm clever and can save the juice I decided to use a pair of needle-nose pliers to put things right, and scratched some of the top paint. So yeah... if it wasn't for my own idiocy the thing would still look practically good as new :D

Plus there is always the option for an 18490+kick or 18650+kick sleeve+kick if you want to get really fancy.

Mine's hardly left my hand since it arrived the other day - I've been vaping so much I had to pick up some 0mg juice so I wouldn't keep getting over nic'd! Got a 2.0ohm Cisco LR atty with some Rawr Green Peach Tea on the go at the moment. Even at 3.6V (that was about an hour ago, so probably more like 3.5V now), it's still putting out really good vapour.

Might have gone a little overboard with the replacement springs I ordered, but at least I'm all set for the next 20 years...!

Quixote, Doing mods and mixing liquid vape solutions has become a favorite pass time for many of us vaper-ers. I equate it to picking up a pack of smoggs, only way more exciting because its different than say, Gimmy a pack or reds or whatever your former flavor. The possibilitys are about endless. Specially if you start collecting liquids & mixing your own custom blend. When I committed to stop smoking& only vap

I can attest to the lifespan of the Silver Bullet. I bought the original version in early 2010 and am using it right now. It's been dropped, thrown, used as a hammer, and even sunk in salt water for a day. I've used a lot of different batteries, atomizers, cartos, and tanks and it hasn't skipped a beat. I've recommended the Silver Bullet to everyone I know who has tried vaping. The ONLY place I've ever had a problem was getting on a plane. A silver bullet and battery chargers in your backpack end up drawing a lot of attention.

I have a Black SB and it's going on 2 years old with the original hot spring and original button. This thing is the most tried and true mod I've EVER owned. The button has worn off so bad it has 3 different shades to it and the body itself has been dropped off a two story roof while doing construction. It has it's fair share of scratches and pits in it but I don't think I could EVER get rid of it. I'll see if I can snag a pic of 1 of my 3 bullets. It's horrific but awesome!
