I'm posting this here since I can't anywhere else. Hopefully someone will have some insight. I am currently using the Silver Bullet, with a 18650 2600MaH 3.7v Battery. I have a Smoktech single coil carto in a phiniac pyrex tank. My whole vaping experience sucks right now lol. My tank will sporadically leak all over the place, not just a little but almost the whole tank pours out. My carto stays flooded no matter what I do, and for some reason when I vape, not all over the vapor comes out. It goes back into the tank and you can see the vapor floating on top of the juice I have in it. I have been vaping for 3 years now so this isn't a new product, and until recently it worked great. I used to have no leaks, great vapor production, and I loved everything about it. I just can't figure out what is going wrong and I hate to toss it all and start over again.... if anyone has seen this before or has a suggestion on how to fix it I'm willing to try anything.

Some questions:

Has this happened with only the one carto or have you tried another with similar experience?

Can you describe how you prepped your carto and then how you assembled/filled your tank?

Did you punch your own carto? What tool did you use?

Have you been able to determine where the juice is leaking from? From the connector end of the carto (airhole) or from between the carto and the bottom endcap?
_____________

The first thing that came to my mind with so much liquid leaking at once, and sporadically, would be a defective inner o-ring inside the bottom endcap. The top edges of a carto can be sharp enough to damage these o-rings to the point that they no longer do their job.

A tank tool such as the Slap-Yo-Momma tank tool can protect the o-rings during insertion into the tank, and have the added benefit of making assembly and filling the tank incredibly easy.

A flooded carto can be due to many things. Too large or too many self-punched holes in the carto. Puncturing the carto too deeply can damage the airhole. Filling the tank with the top cap off and then putting the cap on can force too much liquid into the carto because of the pressure of air and liquid in the tank. Pulling/inhaling too hard on the carto can flood the inside of a carto; easy slow longer pulls are better for carto tank vaping.

Hope that helps some. Should it be the o-ring issue, extras generally come with the tank, if not more can be ordered from Phiniac. I don't know if you punch your own cartos or not, but I use only the laser-drilled cartos, either one or two hole, from either Smoktek or Ikenvape. I've never had a flooded carto with these; the only flooded cartos I've had was when I punched my own.

By the way, nice parrot in your avatar. I used to own a talking blue front amazon.
