simple question on mixing e-liquid

I have bottles of 24 mg. juice and some bottles of 45mg. juice. How do I mix these to achieve approx. 36mg? Do I just fill the cartridge about half with the 24 and half with the 45? Or, do I have to mix it somehow outside of the cartridge? Thanks.

Mix outside the cart, equal amounts mixed together will give you 34.5 mg liquid. Mix well and put back in the dropper bottles.

Good question Karen. Learn something new everyday or time I come here. I combined some different flavors doing down in mg in the carts (18 & 16mg) a few times. Now I know if I want to do it big time to do it in a bottle.
