Lets say for example I mix 10ml of tobaccojuice and there is something missing so I guess it is ACV. how many drops to add and most importantly does the ACV need time to steep or should I see the difference right away??
1 drop per 5 ml per some people's experience, 1 drop per 10 ml per other's. You won't taste it, as a sour note, but it is supposed to tame the flavors and prevent them from fading.
I think the steeping time depends more on the tobacco flavor than adding the ACV. However long I'd typically let the tobacco flavor steep is how long I let it, regardless of it's additives. Like RY4, for me, tastes best 3-4 weeks out. Others, like FlavourArts tobaccos, are good right away, for me. (with the exception of Mellow Sunset, which I Don't like period)
I personally have found that the darker the juice.... the longer it needs to steep. I also think a soak in warm water seems to speed up the process. Just my So far all my fruit juices have been great right off the bat. Good luck.
Vinegar is used for tobaccos at 1 drop per 5ml
lemon juice is used for everything else at 1 drop per 5ml
if your juice is already steeped there's no need to steep after adding either just shake real good. But you shouldn't add until the juice is steeped and only if needed. These 2 additives can also perk up faded juices.
