I understand that 3 different heads come with the vivinova carto/tank kits-- 1.8, 2.4, 2.8V perhaps?

Which should I use with my ego twist? Is this a matter of personal preference? I have seen a chart about the relationship between battery voltage and cartomizer head voltage, but still don't quite understand. Why would they include 3 varieties in one kit, rather than selling a kit for each variety?

Thanks in advance

the #s are not Voltage but Ohms (resistance). Everyone has a preference to what ohms/volts they like, so including all 3 gives you a variety to test to find what YOU prefer, once you know what you like you can just order the individual heads. In the end it's all about watts (heat). Higher resistance requires more volts to produce the same watts, but also gives you more wiggle room to fine tune. Low resistance needs less volts, but a 0.2v adjustment can be the difference between a good vape and a burnt taste.

On your ego twist you can most likely use any of the 3 heads (it comes with the 2.4 already attached). You use the chart to get an approximate voltage to use, and adjust it to your own tastes. Some folks love high wattage vaping, and will dial it into the "red", some like to stay mid-"green" and some prefer the low end cooler vapes.

You may use all three with your twist, although you probably will want different voltages. The varying ohms ratings mean that the heads will heat at different temperatures, if used at the same voltage.

Try each head to see which head works best with your juice of choice. This is where personal preferences really come into play. Some like a cooler vape, the 2.8 ohms head will deliver that, while others prefer a hotter vape, the 1.8 ohms will deliver that. The 2.4 ohms is sort of the middle ground, or standard.

It does take a tank or two to break in the heads so they deliver the best vape, so do not expect the best results as soon as you fill it up. The Vivi Nova is nice in that you can pour off the juice rather easily and save it, change heads and just refill. It is also easy to clean. Have fun and vape away!

You're welcome. I would wait and see which ohms you prefer...also wait for sales...

Vapoor, you're the best.

So should I jump the gun and immediately order up more 2.4's? What to do with the 2.8V... hate to waste it. I s'pose that I can save these two for when I buy a larger mod sometime down the road. Thanks again.
