go to tastyvapor Welcome to Tasty Vapor website in Oakland ca, they make custom liquids, let them know you something low or nicotene free but something with some kick like Atomic Cinnacide E-Liquid, or black Licorice E-Liquid.
I wouldn't go nic free, nicotene is just a stimulant similar to caffeine, by itself it's not all that bad, it's the Tar and combustion of Tobacco that is bad. Don't even tripp.............

Hmm, I had never even thought about the TH as an irritation in the throat. So I'm guessing anything with capsaicin will give roughly the same effect when vaporized, eh? I will have to go out and buy some sort of pepper extract in the morning. Is there any known health risks to this? I would think that something of a higher scoville rating would potentially leave a burning sensation in the lungs for a brief second, but judging but user Walrus' findings in his thread about cayenne extract that shouldn't be a problem.

And for the record, I have no plans to quit nicotine, I just try to take tolerance breaks from all my stimulants now and again, be it nicotine, caffeine or dextro-amphetamine.

I tried PGA for a good while w/o long term success. Problems w/ deadening TH receptors.

DIY black pepper extract is very good. The problem w/ black pepper is it is strong in the beginning. After awhile it is perfect. Now my black pepper is producing a lower TH and I must up the black pepper dosage. By contrast the nic TH is very repeatable even after years use.

Additives to eliquid have little effect on throat hit (3-4%) and are definitely not consistent. 90+% of TH is from nicotine strength and warmth of the vapor. There have been many reports of people lowering their nic levels once they moved up to a 5 volt or variable volt PV due to the much warmer vapor they provide. I don't know how well it will work with 0 nic strength, but it will be better than any other alternative.

I filled 6 brand new dual coils w/ flavorless zero mixes to test vapor production.

The warm vapor from dual coil did produce a very mild TH w/ zero.

Dual coils are nice espcially around 4.5 volts. Good to hear you can at least get some TH with lower resistence equipment and, thus, also higher power equipment. I've never tried 0 nic liquid.
