Singapore Post $1 charge now waived for US and all customers

Because of unreasonable delays at Hong Kong Post, fasttech is now waiving the $1 extra charge for using Singapore Post during checkout.

Effective immediately Singapore Post is FREE for orders $15 or more, and costs between $0.1 and $1.6 for smaller orders, depending on the actual items.

By choosing Singapore Post, you can make sure that your package will never go through any other shippers (i.e. Hong Kong Post) and thus avoid the dreaded security scan delay.

To use the Singapore Post shipping option, please click on the "+ more options" link under shipping options during checkout, as shown below:

Last nite (Sept 26) I ordered 2 ego 1300a batts for $16, for a bud ...if I order now I should have my order filled and gone at FT by Oct 1, and their holiday Oct 1-6....I never have used Singapore Post before and have always used USPS which always got the packages from HK Post after a HK customs inspection scan ...so this is just a cheap cheesy order and an opportunity to see how good or bad Singapore Post actually is..worse case scenario, I get FT store credit or Paypal refunded, no biggie either way..kinda curious to see how lenient Singapore customs is compared to Hong Kong customs....and Singapore (near my old military homes in Nam, Thailand and Phillipines etc) is only a 4 hour west flight from Hong Kong, so even though its a lil further in miles, hopefully Singapore Post will save a few days or a week in total shipping and delivery to the US, avoiding the backlog at Hong Kong....I'm also kinda curious what USPS will do if I do not receive this package in Massachusetts within a month, when I will be headed to my Florida home for the winter..I don't think USPS will forward it to Florida for free or even a small fee, but we'll see if that even occurs....again for $16, (4 cold bottles of Sam Adams), I'll try anything just out of curiosity..

What more can a person want?...FT did their job and got it packaged and had SG Post already picked it up..to me that's great service...now lets see what SG Post does and how Singapore customs reacts..and then USPS..I think too many are quick to jump on the bandwagon and point fingers at FT, when the past last month issues are not their creation..

I've ordered twice under $15, one was for drip tips for my iclear 16's, total was $4 and shipping was around a dollar, and it got here fast, don't know if because it was a small package, and then the other order was for 6 bike lights, total was $13.30 and the shipping was .22c, not going to complain about paying shipping when that low
