I just got an Infinite Magma. I have it set up with a 1Ω micro coil wicked with Japanese cotton. I like it, but am having some issues with leaking from the airholes.

I did some searching and found that it was suggested to position the coil above the airholes. I have done that, but still having a bit of an issue. About even with the post holds is about as far as I can raise it without rebuilding. And I cannot find any pictures of any single coil builds.

Suggestions or pictures, please?

I have done it, coils very close and further away from the air hole and haven't had any issues. I may have a little more cotton coming out of the coil than if I built it with dual coils but I have no leaking issues. I also drip only 12 to 15 drops or less. Still lasts quite a while.

Edit: changed "no" to "dual"....damn autocorrect....lol

I do a lot of single coils with my Magma. Looking down the coil is centered over the air hole. The coil is about 1.5 mm off the deck. I use regular cotton balls. The wick ends are tucked into the well, probably to the bottom, but I don't worry too much about where they end up. Yeah it can leak, juice drips off the coil and down the hole. I notice most when I take the cap off to refill. I don't think there is much you can do about it, as it about the same no matter what build I have used. I keep a papertowel handy.

I did put an O ring I had laying around just above air hole ring. Just big enough so the ring still slides on. There is a slot there. Helped quite a bit. Also make sure the wick comes off the coil and into the juice well. Just a few strands laying around the air hole deck will wick juice down the air hole. I have found it not %100 leak free but not bad.
