Single coil RTAs in 2016

So far I've only seen the bachelor. Wanted to see if I could get a list going as I am in need of one for out and about vaping, not really enjoying the cloud chucking when outdoors. It should at least have top fill, airflow control, more geared towards DLH but can possibly do MTL.

1. Ehpro Bachelor
2. Wotofo Serpent (end of 2015 so including it here)
3. Wismec Theorem (coming soon)

i was torn between those two. i went with the bachelor (mostly) because it an be completely taken apart for cleaning. the new serpent mini looks like it can be too tho but i'm not sure. the theorem tank looks pretty good and i may get one of those.

I actually just went with the serpent. I swore off Wotofo products after my very horrendous experience with the Freakshow Tiny mod (both product and service). But this tank fits my bill in terms of look, build, wicking, topfill, juice flow, etc...but yea not being able to fully disassemble is kind of annoying.

The Bellus is an optional 1/2 coil RTA. There's a spacer that slips into place if you decide to go single coil.

I've heard great things about the goblin mini (v2?). Sadly I don't have a source for it in China...seeing as how Youde (UD) is a Chinese company based in Shenzhen, makes no sense what so ever.

I went with the Wotofo Serpent. Back when I first started my 2nd mod purchase was a Wotofo Freakshow Tiny and after problems with the product itself and their customer service I swore I would never buy another one of their products ever again.

Glad I made the plunge on this thing, great single coil RTA, albeit a little difficult to get the 2nd lead into the post hole but it didn't take long (nothing like the moonshot which was extremely annoying to build). I did a regular Kanthal 24gauge 7-8wraps 3.0mm IAD came out to about 0.73ohms. Vaping it between 25-30W.

Honestly this single coil build probably produces the same vapor as my other dual coil clapton builds and the flavor is on par if not slightly better as well.

Just got the Theorem and im lovin it~!
Clouds are huge but man yes it is a flavor chaser! Just what I needed!
These notch coils are really amazin!
To simplify it its an RDA that holds liquid that has the geny style coil build!
Cant say much but just that its great!

Serpent was my first single coil DLH rta, have to say the tighter draw, flavor and vapor production is something I see myself vaping on a daily basis.

Just ordered a serpent mini, sad they don't have a black one. Let's see how this one goes.

I'm a bit wary of rtas with coils on top (genesis?) seems like the glass tank portion can come off easily when in pocket.

I am really digging the ISub S with the RBA. Easy to rebuild and have had no problems with leakage. Tried the Zypherus V2 but never could get it to be totally leak free.

did you try the zephyrus v2 rba in single coil mode? I've always built it dual coil and that thing never leaked on me, great flavor and vapor on that tank just didn't how it was a pain to separate the bottom and top section due to those chunky o-rings

looking forward to that..really diggin single coil setups....good flavor, decent vapor, less drain on battery, arguably consumes less juice.

Don't need to vape at a gazillion watts to get the vape you want.
