@stylemessiah The thing I don't like about the lemo is doing the funky wire inside deck thing, my wife has a lemo drop and I think is the same deck. She can't do it and I have to be the one building it. I know I could trap the leads under the screw but with 26g it doesn't really work that well.

I never use the post holes, always use wire under the screw heads...26g It does take some practice, but it is doable. Wrap the wire once around the screw and tighten down.

As darknecrotic says, you can always buy beefier screws...

This is of no help but I bought beefer cheese head screws with the same threading. I refuse to use those holes on the sides.

Me too, i refuse to use post holes, i get better more resistance readings (good when you use only tc) using the screw head trapping method
